It is best to use capital letters while
filling the Aadhar application form.
In the first part of Aadhar card
application, the name of the applicant should be filled at the right filed
only.
Select between father, mother, guardian and
husband options by ticking on one of them and write their names at the
appropriate fields on the Aadhar card application. The children who are less
than five years of age should compulsorily have the Father/Mother field filled
in the Aadhar card application.
The applicant’s date of birth should be
written as per given format in the Aadhar card application, i.e.
Day-Month-Year. For people who do not know their date of birth, writing
approximate age in years is a must.

to Adhaar number, complete information of the same has to be written in Aadhar
form.
